چکیده

The current study unravels the structural, optical band gap and magnetic characteristics of rare-earth (RE) gadolinium (Gd) substituted CoGdxFe2-xO4 (x= 0.00 - 0.10, in interval 0.02) nanocrystallites synthesized by sol-gel self-ignition route. XRD analysis Rietveld refinement confirmed existence a single cubic phase with crystallite size ~15-21 nm range, further HRTEM results. SEM images well-known nano-size morphology for all samples. magnetization measurements show hard ferromagnetic nature specimens within temperature range 20-300K. Coercivity, remanent, saturation monotonically increased reduction from 300K to 20K. UV-Vis absorbance results that energy CoFe2O4 nanoparticles (NPs) decreases increasing Gd3+ ion doping have values 2.47, 2.15, 2,02, 2.00, 1.43 1.95 eV x= 0.00, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, respectively nanoferrites. present reveals properties could be altered monitoring quantity cobalt nanoferrites.

Structural, Optical, and Magnetic Properties of Zn-Doped CoFe2O4 Nanoparticles

The effect of Zn-doping in CoFe2O4 nanoparticles (NPs) through chemical co-precipitation route was investigated in term of structural, optical, and magnetic properties. Both XRD and FTIR analyses confirm the formation of cubic spinel phase, where the crystallite size changes with Zn content from 46 to 77 nm. The Scherrer method, Williamson-Hall (W-H) analysis, and size-strain plot method (SSPM)...
